New Contabo control panel: the switch-over checklist
Since 19 October 2026, my.contabo.com opens Contabo's new Customer Control Panel (CCP) for every customer. Your servers and invoices are already there, but a few things work differently. Tick each step as you go: your progress is saved in this browser only.
Checked against Contabo's announcement of 19 October 2026 (updated 20 October).
Progress: 0/8
What changed, in one paragraph
Contabo finished moving customers from its legacy panel to the new Customer Control Panel. The visible effects are a one-time password reset for old-panel users, a single support channel inside the panel, and the end of email-only Contacts, replaced by Sub-Users with their own login and permissions. Only dedicated server management stays behind, until early 2027. We wrote this checklist from Contabo's own announcement; we did not invent steps that it does not describe (it says nothing about 2FA or the API, for example).

FAQ
- Has the Contabo control panel address changed?
- No. my.contabo.com still works and now opens the new Customer Control Panel, previously available at new.contabo.com.
- Why is Contabo asking me for a new password?
- Users of the old panel may be asked to set a new password once, as part of a login security upgrade. Update your password manager afterwards.
- How do I contact Contabo support now?
- From the panel: Support > Contact Us. The support email address no longer handles requests and answers with an automatic message.
- Where did my Contacts go?
- They were not migrated. Create Sub-Users in Account > User Management > Create User and assign their permissions.
